My writer’s soul was born from reading Pearl S. Buck’s novels, and writing has become the passion of my life. I have pursued it at every turn, and it has pursued me. I’ve spent years studying and honing the craft of writing.
For more than 30 years, I have written professionally in different capacities and have critiqued other writers for more than 20 years. My journalism work has received numerous awards.
I have a MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Queens University of Charlotte, NC, named a top ten low residency program by Poets & Writers, and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
As writer, writing coach and project development editor, I offer several services:
to encourage other writers on their journey and to take their stories to the next level
to help students showcase their skills and personality in college application essays
to help couples capture wedding and anniversary stories.
I also teach workshops that give writers the tools they need to create momentum for their projects, both fiction and nonfiction, and to keep themselves moving forward.
If you are interested in one of my services, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m ready to help you on your journey. Let’s get started!
